VIP Growth Manager (VIP )

What you will do

• Identify structural problems, churn signals, service needs, and resource-allocation opportunities in VIP business data, then convert insights into actionable growth strategies.
• Write business insight reports for senior management to guide VIP benefits, resource allocation, and team playbooks.
• Build and maintain the VIP core metrics framework, monitor metrics daily, investigate anomalies, and recommend next steps.
• Automate recurring analyses and reporting through dashboards or scheduled jobs, including weekly and monthly reports, incentive-plan results, and anomaly alerts.
• Design, monitor, and continuously optimize incentive plans covering metric selection, target breakdown, weighting, and payout linkage.
• Document SOPs and metric definitions, align regional practices, and coordinate strategies across relationship management, regional markets, Product, Risk, Finance, Data Warehouse, and BI teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above and 3–5 years of experience in user growth, strategy operations, business analytics, client operations, or a related field.
• Strong data analysis skills and proficiency in SQL, with the ability to independently extract and analyze data.
• Ability to identify key issues in data, distinguish correlation from causation, make clear conclusions, and apply deliberate trade-offs.
• Structured thinking and strong business sense, with the ability to break ambiguous business problems into analytical frameworks and convert them into operational actions.
• Strong execution drive and cross-team communication skills, including the ability to gain stakeholder support for insights and drive implementation.
• Fluent written and spoken English and Chinese; Chinese is used as a working language.
