Junior AI Art Specialist (Gaming)

Location: Tel Aviv, Israel; full-time, onsite

hirify.global is a gaming company developing casual mobile games, including Dice Dreams, Domino Dreams, and Disney Solitaire.

What you will do

• Research, test, and evaluate AI models and tools for 2D art, 3D animation, and related game-art disciplines.
• Build and implement AI workflows using ComfyUI, ChatGPT, Gemini, and other platforms.
• Train custom LoRAs and use LLMs for prompt engineering and process optimization.
• Train employees, onboard new team members to AI workflows, and provide hands-on guidance to artists.
• Collaborate with studio art teams while taking ownership of assigned tasks from start to finish.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience and strong familiarity with AI art generation tools, specifically Stable Diffusion and ComfyUI.
• Experience with LLMs such as ChatGPT and Gemini.
• Strong visual sense, including the ability to maintain art consistency, identify art styles, and understand visual nuances.
• Enjoy explaining technical concepts, patiently guiding individuals, and training teams.
• Dependable, responsible, and committed to delivering quality results.
• Motivated to learn, interested in technology and art, and comfortable working collaboratively with others.

Nice to have

• Independent learning habits and awareness of the latest AI capabilities.
• Professional experience in an art-related role such as game artist, illustrator, or 3D generalist.
• Experience with 3D animation or integrating AI into 3D pipelines.
• Previous teaching or training experience.
