Supply Chain Analyst (AI)

Location: Stockholm, Sweden — on-site at the Stockholm HQ.

What you will do

• Deliver reporting and analyses for the global Supply Chain function and recommend improvement actions based on insights.
• Own recurring KPI and performance reporting, including daily KPI and SLA follow-up, inventory discrepancy reporting, warehouse performance meetings, and quarterly Supply Chain reports.
• Maintain and develop Power BI reporting and support semantic models across functions.
• Prepare annual OPEX budgets, warehouse follow-ups, volume forecasts, and transport cost and volume reports in cooperation with Finance.
• Bring Supply Chain systems, including WMS, TMS, and customs archive data, into Databricks for reporting and AI use cases.
• Develop automations, AI-driven reporting, data governance processes, and tools while supporting warehouse efficiency and Supply Chain improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, engineering, supply chain, or a related field.
• At least two years of professional experience in an analytical role within supply chain, logistics, or business controlling, including operational data analysis and root-cause identification.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience building reports in BI tools such as Power BI.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools in daily work to automate tasks or support analysis.
• Strong IT and system skills.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Analytical and structured approach with a numerical and logical mindset, strong ownership, clear communication, collaboration skills, and a focus on continuous improvement.

Nice to have

• Experience with ERP systems such as Microsoft D365 or PLM systems such as Centric PLM.
• Experience with data modelling, semantic layers, and querying using SQL, Python, or Databricks.
• Experience in retail, fashion, or international business models.
