Operations Analyst (Logistics)

Location: Stockholm, Sweden. Hybrid setup with flexible working hours.

What you will do

• Analyze and design first- and middle-mile transport networks to improve efficiency, quality and cost performance.
• Work with local Market teams to evaluate operational performance and drive improvements across five markets.
• Develop and maintain the operational data landscape by integrating data from different tools and systems.
• Monitor transport performance and support reliable, high-quality operations.
• Collaborate with Tech, Commercial and Integration stakeholders to develop scalable tools and solutions aligned with operational needs.
• Build dashboards and analytical tools that support data-driven decisions and best-practice sharing.

Requirements

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to turn complex challenges and strategic goals into actionable improvements.
• Structured, data-driven approach with strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize initiatives by potential impact.
• Interest in data analysis and experience with SQL and Excel or Google Sheets.
• Ability to evaluate complex, interconnected systems and identify optimization opportunities.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills for working with stakeholders across teams and markets.
• Genuine curiosity and interest in logistics, transport and operational development.

Nice to have

• Experience with Tableau.
