Inventory Control Analyst (SQL/Power BI)

Location: On-site at the Corporate Headquarters in Pleasant Prairie, Wisconsin, United States. The role supports locations across the U.S., Canada, and Mexico.

What you will do

• Lead root cause analysis to anticipate inventory discrepancies and identify solutions.
• Analyze inventory data and metrics to identify trends and recommend improvements across North American operations.
• Translate findings into clear reports and present strategic insights to leadership.
• Build, maintain, and enhance reports using SQL, Power BI, and Excel.
• Identify process improvements that strengthen inventory accuracy and operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 3+ years of warehouse or inventory experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work on-site.

Nice to have

• Experience with SQL, Power BI, and a Warehouse Management System (WMS).
