What you will do

• Maintain team ADLs and lead the ADL process using IDAX and Power BI.
• Lead invoicing and deduction processes with P&G’s Costa Rican affiliates, manage payment and deduction resolution, track issues through dashboards, implement scripts when needed, and oversee the process.
• Manage new item setup, including form automation and Selenium scripts.
• Support multiple categories across HEB systems, including offer creation and tracking, coupon generation and submission, merchandising, cost changes, and price discrepancy management.
• Coordinate leadership visits, Top to Top customer meetings, category road shows, team meetings, and pillar meetings.
• Use business knowledge and digital tools for sales and supply chain efficiency through data mining, automation, process improvement, and flexible prioritization.
