Business Intelligence Analyst (Snowflake, Databricks, SSRS)

Location: St Louis, Missouri, United States; other listed locations include Iowa, Florida, Houston, Texas, North Carolina, and Illinois.

Salary: U.S. national base pay of $71,600–$119,400 annually; Illinois base pay of $75,200–$125,500; Chicago base pay of $78,700–$131,400. Eligible for an annual incentive bonus.

What you will do

• Own the development and enhancement of Trade and Commercial Reporting solutions across Snowflake, Tableau, and related BI environments.
• Convert manual and Excel-based reporting workflows into scalable dashboards, automated reporting, and repeatable analytical solutions.
• Support reporting migrations by translating legacy queries, business rules, and reporting logic into new data warehouse environments.
• Validate reporting outputs across legacy and new environments, investigate discrepancies, perform quality checks, and coordinate issue resolution.
• Partner with commercial, analytics, technology, and senior stakeholders, including senior and VP-level audiences, to gather requirements and deliver actionable reporting.
• Maintain documentation for reporting processes, data definitions, query logic, migration mappings, and technical workflows while managing multiple priorities with limited oversight.

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on SQL experience using Snowflake, Databricks, SSRS, or similar data platforms.
• 3+ years of experience developing dashboards and reports in Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar BI visualization platforms.
• Demonstrated experience converting manual or legacy reporting workflows into automated BI, dashboard, or reporting solutions.
• Demonstrated experience translating reporting logic, SQL queries, or business rules across systems, data warehouses, or reporting platforms.
• Experience gathering requirements from business stakeholders and converting them into technical specifications, reporting logic, or dashboard solutions.
• Proven ability to validate data, investigate discrepancies, and ensure reporting accuracy.
• Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, and Copilot and their applications.
