Enrollment Operations & Process Lead (AI)

What you will do

• Design how recruitment data is structured, captured, qualified, and tracked across the complete lead-to-enrollment funnel.
• Identify data-flow and process breakdowns, then design process changes, fields, tools, or structural system fixes.
• Translate process designs into technical specifications and work with the central data and transformation team on platform-level changes.
• Build and maintain interim tools, trackers, dashboards, data integrity checks, and enrollment reporting.
• Develop market and applicant intelligence using demographic, economic, institutional, engagement, funnel, and conversion data.
• Collaborate with regional recruitment, admissions, and central data colleagues to ensure systems reflect operational needs.

Requirements

• Typically 1–2 years of experience in a data, systems, or operations role involving process design and infrastructure building, ideally in higher education or another data-rich, target-driven environment.
• Strong hands-on experience with AI tools and/or CRM platforms; Salesforce experience is preferred, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• Practical data engineering skills, including data modelling, field and object structuring, and work with data pipelines rather than dashboard tools alone.
• Experience independently building dashboards and reporting tools such as CRMA, Tableau, Looker Studio, or Power BI.
• Experience building or using market and competitive intelligence from disparate demographic, economic, and institutional data sources.
• Strong systems thinking and the ability to choose between interim workarounds and structural fixes.
• Strong written and verbal communication, including presenting data-driven findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders and leadership.
• Competence in data modelling, Salesforce CRM configuration and field/object design, data pipeline and systems integration, SQL or an equivalent query language, process mapping, workflow design, market and competitive intelligence research, data quality auditing, root-cause diagnosis, and translating stakeholder needs into technical requirements.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively, operate with ambiguity, remain detail-oriented, and maintain focus on the broader commercial picture.

• Experience in fast-scaling, imperfect-systems environments such as high-growth startups, emerging markets, or education.
• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Engineering, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Demonstrable experience building AI solutions.
