About the Role
You will provide technical leadership by guiding architecture decisions, engineering practices, and code quality. You will connect technology and business priorities, lead agile routines, support delivery of complex projects, develop the team, and help create scalable and secure solutions.
Requirements
- Solid experience as a specialist or tech lead in product teams
- Experience developing and maintaining digital products in multidisciplinary teams
- Knowledge of distributed architecture, API, and software engineering practices
- Experience with agile methodologies and end-to-end delivery tracking
- Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams
- Experience with Go, JavaScript, TypeScript, Kotlin, or Swift is desirable

- Connect technology and business priorities to ensure clear priorities and technical consistency
- Lead agile ceremonies and routines for complex projects
