Logistics Coordinator (Logistics)

What you will do

• Receive and process customer-triggered shipment orders.
• Book freight with nominated carriers according to customer carrier routine guides.
• Coordinate warehousing, transportation, truckers, empty container collection, stuffing at customer premises, and laden container delivery to the port.
• Provide quotations for warehousing, transportation, and documentation services.
• Prepare permits, applications, declarations, letters of credit, and final shipping documents.
• Monitor shipping documents for shipment clearance and regulatory customs and trade compliance.

Requirements

• High school education.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Good interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Nice to have

• Diploma or degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field.
• 1 to 2 years of experience managing sea operations; fresh graduates and candidates without relevant experience are welcome to apply.
• Familiarity with SAP, logistics software, and Microsoft Office applications.
