Finance Business Partner (E-commerce)

What you will do

• Partner with Operations and Commercial Directors on strategic and operational decisions, challenging existing setups and advising on improvements.
• Deliver ad-hoc deep dives, scenario modelling, and business cases for projects, operational investments, and commercial opportunities.
• Identify operational bottlenecks, cost drivers, and financial risks across fulfilment centres and commercial operations, and propose concrete solutions.
• Support budgeting, rolling forecasts, monthly financial performance reviews, and audits.
• Develop internal financial tools, automate reporting, and establish scalable internal controls.

Requirements

• Solid experience as a Senior Controller, Financial Analyst, or Finance Business Partner, ideally in a fast-paced, operational, retail, or e-commerce environment.
• Strong understanding of business economics and core accounting principles, with the ability to translate complex financial data into practical operational insights.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively, build trust, and constructively challenge non-finance stakeholders and directors.
• Advanced Excel proficiency, including complex formulas, PivotTables, and data manipulation, with confidence working directly with large datasets.
• Proactive, solutions-oriented approach with ownership of outcomes and willingness to work deeply with details.
• Working proficiency in English for business reporting and collaboration.
