Junior RF Automation Engineer (NFC) (m/f/d)

What you will do

• Develop automation solutions for RF validation and compliance testing across ISO/IEC, NFC Forum, and EMVCo.
• Develop and enhance test and measurement systems using Python and C#.
• Use AI-powered development tools and LLMs such as Claude to accelerate engineering workflows.
• Apply AI-driven data analytics for insights and automated report generation.
• Automate testing and analysis to improve efficiency, quality, and test coverage.
• Enhance contactless test systems with new features, diagnostics, and intelligent automation while collaborating with global engineering teams.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Communications, Computer Science, or a similar field.
• Good Python and C# skills.
• Experience with Git, Jira, and Jenkins.
• Experience with, or motivation to learn, AI-assisted software development and AI technologies for test automation, data analysis, anomaly detection, and report generation.
• Strong analytical, organizational, documentation, and English communication skills.
• A conscious and reliable approach to work due to potential security-related tasks and security certification assignments.

• Knowledge of digital and RF communication systems.
