Salary: minimum gross basic salary of €54,507 per year for full-time employment; higher pay may be offered based on qualifications and experience.

What you will do

• Continuously develop mechatronic storage products and implement improvements in quality, manufacturability, cost, and performance.
• Guide technical developments from initial concept through design and series production.
• Evaluate technical concepts and variants for functionality, risk, and cost-effectiveness.
• Document technical solutions and maintain a sustainable product-development knowledge base.
• Coordinate technical topics across product management, purchasing, production, assembly, service, and other departments.

Requirements

• Technical education with Matura from an HTL or a degree in mechatronics, mechanical engineering, automation technology, or electrical engineering.
• Several years of professional experience in development and design, including lateral guidance.
• Experience in engineering or an industrial environment.
• Very good understanding of mechatronic systems and complex technical relationships.
• Experience with CAD systems and structured work in development projects.
• Communicative personality with a high level of personal responsibility.
• Very good knowledge of German or English.
