Solution Engineer (M/F/D)

Location: Wels, Austria. Occasional business trips of approximately 10% are required.

Salary: Minimum gross basic salary of €48,412 per year for full-time employment, depending on qualifications and professional experience.

What you will do

• Develop innovative solutions for automated logistics systems in international customer projects.
• Analyze technical requirements and create concepts, layouts, and calculations.
• Evaluate project requests and define cost-effective system solutions.
• Integrate new technologies and portfolio elements into future-oriented intralogistics solutions.
• Collaborate closely with customers, sales, engineering, and the Competence & Delivery Center.

Requirements

• Completed higher technical education in mechatronics, mechanical engineering, or industrial engineering through HTL, FH, or TU.
• Several years of professional experience in plant engineering.
• Experience in direct customer contact and an understanding of technical customer needs.
• Strong process understanding and the ability to develop innovative solutions.
• Team orientation, initiative, and decisiveness in a dynamic project environment.
• Good knowledge of English.
• Willingness to travel on business occasionally, approximately 10%.
