Software Engineer | Product Development | Range Operations

Location: Malmö, Sweden; permanent onsite role. You must be based in Sweden and work from the office most of the time.

What you will do

• Build and evolve digital solutions supporting hirify.global product development.
• Develop and maintain software applications, services, integrations, and cloud-based solutions.
• Contribute across the product lifecycle, from discovery and design through delivery and continuous improvement.
• Work across products and problem areas as priorities evolve, applying engineering expertise where it creates the most value.
• Collaborate with engineers, product teams, and stakeholders across locations and time zones.
• Ensure software quality through code reviews, testing, automation, and modern engineering practices; share knowledge and support colleagues.

Requirements

• Experience developing modern software solutions and solving technical challenges.
• Solid experience in backend development, APIs, and integrations, with the ability to navigate existing and sometimes complex application landscapes.
• Experience with software engineering practices including version control, testing, automation, and continuous delivery.
• Interest in cloud technologies and modern application development.
• Experience working in agile and collaborative environments.
• Strong communication skills, including clear, structured, and honest communication.
• Good interpersonal skills, including active listening, collaboration, knowledge sharing, and coaching.
• Curiosity, eagerness to learn, ownership, and motivation for continuous improvement.
