Technical Project Manager (AI)

Location: Remote in the U.S.; travel to customer sites for workshops, solution design sessions, and implementation oversight as needed.

Salary: $170K–$250K annually.

What you will do

• Lead cross-functional delivery pods of Forward-Deployed Engineers, Data Engineers, and AI engineering teams through discovery, deployment, and operational handoff.
• Orchestrate parallel workstreams across data, integrations, AI agent configuration, testing, and business process alignment.
• Build integrated program plans, manage dependencies, remove blockers, and maintain visibility into progress, risks, and customer value.
• Map customer value streams, prioritize work by business value, and track time-to-value, throughput, cycle time, and achieved business outcomes.
• Lead discovery workshops and translate technical requirements, trade-offs, data flows, integrations, and delivery plans for technical, business, and executive stakeholders.
• Manage enterprise governance, security, compliance, auditability, operational readiness, customer escalations, and deployment prerequisites.

Requirements

• 4–6+ years of experience leading technical delivery for large enterprise modernization or transformation programs.
• Proven experience leading cross-functional delivery teams or pods through complex, technically demanding implementations.
• Experience running multiple concurrent workstreams with significant dependencies.
• Experience mapping and managing value streams and connecting delivery work to measurable business outcomes.
• Ability to define, track, and report delivery and value metrics to executive audiences.
• Strong understanding of enterprise business systems, integrations, data flows, and modernization challenges.
• Experience with one or more enterprise platforms such as SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Workday, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, Infor, or similar.
• Familiarity with enterprise architecture concepts, APIs, middleware, and cross-platform integrations.
• Ability to explain technical concepts, system constraints, integration challenges, and data models to engineering teams and business stakeholders.
• Strong executive presence, stakeholder management skills, command of Agile methodologies, and experience orchestrating complex programs with multiple dependencies.

Nice to have

• Experience at a top-tier consulting or system integration firm, or experience leading large enterprise modernization programs internally.
• Experience delivering AI/ML-enabled programs or strong interest in LLMs, automation, and multi-agent AI orchestration.
• Familiarity integrating ERP and core systems with CRM, HRIS, finance, analytics, middleware, and cloud infrastructure.
• PMP, Scrum Master, SAFe, value stream management, enterprise platform, or related certifications.
