Junior Engineer (AI)

Location: Hybrid in Amsterdam, Netherlands; temporary assignments abroad may include France, Belgium, or Luxembourg.

What you will do

• Execute transformation project assignments for clients.
• Structure data intelligently, perform data analysis, and prepare benchmarks.
• Conduct interviews, animate workshops, map processes, and develop functional specifications.
• Take on team support responsibilities as quickly as possible.
• Contribute to knowledge creation and exchange through workshops, publications, and seminars.
• Participate in temporary assignments abroad, including France, Belgium, or Luxembourg.

Requirements

• University Master’s degree in Civil Engineering or Business Engineering.
• 0 to 3 years of experience as a consultant.
• Outstanding collaborative team-player abilities and good communication skills.
• Strong interest in Energy.
• Analytical mindset, with the ability to explore options and synthesize conclusions.
• Autonomous, dynamic, result-oriented, rigorous, and committed.
• Strong interest in data and AI-related topics, with the ability to quickly build expertise in these areas.
• Dutch and English language skills.

Nice to have

• First successful and relevant job experience.
• Fluent German.
