What you will do
- Complete month-end accounting processes within required deadlines.
- Maintain global property databases and process monthly costs for all properties as part of a seven-person team.
- Analyse prepayments and accruals against budgets.
- Identify potential errors and prepare monthly reports in line with accounting standards.
- Deliver ad-hoc project analysis and reporting while supporting multiple departments.
- Work with external consultants on system implementations and process improvements.
Requirements
- At least 3–4 years of experience in a finance role involving balance sheet reconciliations.
- Team management experience.
- Fully qualified professional accounting qualification.
- Hard-working attitude and willingness to learn.
- At least intermediate Excel skills, with confidence using formulas.
- Organised and determined to succeed.
