Senior IT Service Engineer (Microsoft 365)

Location: Sevenum, Netherlands; full-time onsite role supporting the Sevenum office and logistics hub, as well as offices across Europe.

What you will do

• Act as a senior point of contact for IT support, investigating and resolving complex hardware, software, system, and network connectivity issues.
• Provide hands-on IT support for office colleagues, warehouse operations, and users across European offices.
• Support the cloud transformation by adopting and improving Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft Intune, and endpoint management solutions.
• Plan and implement software, systems, and IT tools while identifying opportunities to improve service efficiency.
• Create technical documentation, resolve complex incidents, and share knowledge with IT Service and other technical teams.

Requirements

• Vocational training in IT and at least 5 years of hands-on experience in IT support, IT service operations, IT client operations, system administration, or a comparable technical role, ideally in an in-house IT environment.
• Strong practical experience with Windows, macOS, Microsoft 365 Products, and Active Directory/Entra ID.
• Experience with endpoint management solutions such as Microsoft Intune and the ability to investigate and resolve complex technical issues.
• Ability to work independently, take ownership, improve processes, share technical knowledge, and support colleagues with different levels of technical expertise.
• Confident English communication skills and the ability to work in an international environment.

Nice to have

• Experience participating in IT projects.
• Experience with PowerShell or ITIL-based service management practices.
• Experience supporting IT operations in a logistics or warehouse environment.
• German language skills; German is widely spoken within the IT Service team and at the Sevenum location.
• Dutch language skills.
