Audio Visual Support Specialist (AV)

Location: Amsterdam, Netherlands; on-site and roaming in-room support is required.

What you will do

• Provide remote and on-site support for audiovisual equipment, tools, conference rooms, and virtual meetings.
• Investigate and resolve audiovisual incidents, escalating issues to third-line application maintenance teams when required.
• Coordinate incident resolution with users and client maintenance teams.
• Provide multimedia services including live broadcasting, recording, editing, and publication.
• Administer audiovisual service accounts, including Webex hosts, licences, recordings, and Meet & Talk user accounts.
• Train end users on AV services, Webex, Meet & Talk, and meeting-room equipment; perform daily functionality checks for 8 conference rooms and provide roaming support for 40 rooms.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a relevant field.
• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in a similar role.
• Fluency in English with strong communication skills.
• Professional experience with proximity on-site support.
• Expertise in Webex, Microsoft Office, Microsoft Teams, Active Directory, Microsoft, and Azure.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Crestron Panel, Polycom, NVX, recordings, remote camera support, and editing and publishing tools such as YouTube and VOD sites.
• One of the following certifications: ITIL V4, Audio-Visual professional Certified Technology Specialist (CTS), Crestron Master Certified Programmer (MCP), or Crestron Master Technology Architect (MTA).
