Company

hirify.global is a cybersecurity product company developing NodeZero, an autonomous pentesting platform that helps organizations find, fix, and verify exploitable attack paths across internal, external, cloud, and hybrid cloud environments.

What you will do

  • Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap for NodeZero onboarding, activation, provisioning, product-led growth, expansion, and retention.
  • Own the end-to-end customer journey from signup and tenant creation through configuration, deployment, first pentest, activation, expansion, and recurring use.
  • Develop self-service provisioning, entitlement management, deployment setup, trials, product-qualified leads, upgrade paths, and partner onboarding workflows.
  • Build experimentation and analytics capabilities using event instrumentation, funnel and cohort analysis, attribution, product analytics, and lifecycle engagement.
  • Partner with Pricing & Packaging, Billing, Finance, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, RevOps, and partners on monetization, sales-assist workflows, partner routing, and expansion.
  • Lead cross-functional execution with Engineering, Design, and Data while reporting on activation, conversion, time to first proven finding, adoption, retention, expansion, and ARR.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of Product Management experience, including 3+ years owning growth, onboarding, activation, or product-led growth initiatives for B2B SaaS products with measurable business outcomes.
  • Experience building or scaling self-service onboarding and trial funnels for technically complex products involving deployment, integrations, permissions, identity, or data connections.
  • Strong understanding of product-led growth, including activation, trial-to-paid conversion, product-qualified leads, in-product expansion, and retention, alongside enterprise sales-led and partner-led motions.
  • Deep analytical and experimentation skills, including event instrumentation, funnel analysis, cohort analysis, attribution, hypothesis development, experiment design, and SQL.
  • Experience partnering with Pricing & Packaging and Billing teams on trial design, entitlement management, upgrade paths, and monetization.
  • Strong technical understanding of SaaS provisioning, identity, entitlements, integrations, and deployment workflows, with the ability to work credibly with engineers on requirements and trade-offs.
  • Demonstrated success reducing onboarding friction, accelerating time to value, and improving activation and conversion.
  • Strong product judgment, commercial awareness, communication, and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to connect product decisions to acquisition, adoption, retention, expansion, and recurring revenue.
  • Ability to operate strategically and tactically, from growth strategy and business planning to PRDs, experiment design, prioritization, and launch execution, while driving initiatives from concept through measurable results.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.

Nice to have

  • Experience driving growth for cybersecurity, IT infrastructure, developer tools, or other technically complex B2B SaaS products.
  • Experience with trust and safety, fraud prevention, abuse mitigation, cross-sell, expansion, or adoption across multi-product SaaS platforms.
  • Familiarity with channel-led business models, including MSP and MSSP partner ecosystems.
  • Experience with in-product guidance tools, onboarding automation, AI-assisted onboarding, credit-based pricing, usage-based monetization, or consumption-driven product growth.
  • Hands-on experience prototyping product experiences or workflows using AI tools.
  • An advanced degree in engineering or business.
