Senior Manager, Web Development (AI)

Salary: $127,000–$163,000 annually

What you will do

• Own development and maintenance across web properties using Next.js, Astro, React, modern JavaScript/TypeScript, and WordPress.
• Lead end-to-end migrations from legacy platforms to modern frameworks while preserving SEO equity, tracking, and existing integrations.
• Consolidate separate web properties into a unified site through content migration, redirect strategy, and information architecture.
• Build and manage AI-driven development systems and agentic workflows for page building, publishing, QA, and routine site maintenance.
• Define the human review gate for AI-generated work and implement production-quality frontend code from AI prototypes and designer handoffs.
• Run CRO programs with multivariate and A/B testing, audience-based targeting, and integrations across GTM, Marketo, and Salesforce; partner with Marketing, SEO, and Product Marketing.

Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience with Next.js, Astro, React, and modern JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Experience migrating a legacy site such as WordPress to a modern framework.
• Experience consolidating multiple web properties, including redirects, information architecture, and SEO-safe migration.
• Experience building AI-driven or agentic systems for web development, publishing, or QA that automate real workflows.
• Experience using AI tools for design and prototyping and converting AI output or designer files into shipped frontend code.
• Experience with CRO and multivariate/A-B testing tools such as VWO, Optimizely, or similar, including audience-based targeting.
• Working familiarity with GTM and marketing-stack integrations such as Marketo and Salesforce; server-side GTM is beneficial.

Nice to have

• Experience in a multi-brand or multi-property web environment.
• SEO/AEO literacy.
• Experience standing up an agentic coding pipeline such as Claude Code in a production environment.
