SAP Integration Functional Lead in Pharma

What you will do

• Lead functional integration activities across SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, and third-party enterprise applications.
• Gather and translate business requirements into functional integration specifications, business process flows, data mappings, and solution designs.
• Coordinate integration between SAP and MES, LIMS, WMS, CRM, and other enterprise applications.
• Work with SAP functional consultants, integration developers, solution architects, and business stakeholders.
• Lead workshops, identify process gaps, and support implementation, migration, transformation, and global rollout programs.
• Coordinate integration testing, UAT, defect resolution, business process validation, and resolution of cross-system issues.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in SAP functional consulting, SAP integration, or functional leadership roles.
• Strong functional knowledge of SAP S/4HANA and/or SAP ECC.
• Proven experience leading functional integration across SAP modules and non-SAP enterprise systems.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end business processes and cross-functional SAP integration.
• Experience gathering business requirements, preparing functional specifications, and coordinating solution delivery.
• Functional understanding of SAP integration concepts, including IDocs, APIs, interfaces, and data flows.
• Experience integrating SAP with MES, LIMS, WMS, or similar enterprise systems.
• Experience working in regulated pharmaceutical environments with GxP requirements.
• Experience supporting large-scale SAP implementations, transformations, or global rollouts.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and cross-functional coordination skills.
• Fluent English is required.
