SAP Enterprise Application Lead (SAP Cloud ERP)

Location: Remote in Europe; Lisbon, Portugal. Occasional business travel is required.

What you will do

• Lead SAP enterprise application initiatives, including major implementations, migrations, and upgrades.
• Drive transformation initiatives, change management, and governance across SAP environments.
• Lead cross-functional teams and manage collaboration with external partners.
• Support SAP business processes across areas such as Finance, Source to Pay, Plan to Produce, Lead to Cash, and Supply Chain.
• Manage stakeholder relationships and participate in occasional business travel.

Requirements

• 10+ years of hands-on SAP experience, including major implementations, migrations, or upgrades.
• Strong experience with SAP Cloud ERP.
• Expertise in SAP business processes, including Finance, Source to Pay, Plan to Produce, Lead to Cash, or Supply Chain.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams, transformation initiatives, change management, and governance.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and experience working with external partners.
• Professional fluency in English.
• Availability for occasional business travel.
