Customer Value Architect (AI)

Location: Remote in Japan, with regular travel to customers and the team based in Tokyo.

What you will do

• Develop proficiency with the hirify.global software platform and translate its functionality and value for customers.
• Drive customer adoption, enable proficient platform use, and ensure solutions deliver contractually scoped business outcomes.
• Understand customer strategic priorities and advise on how hirify.global solutions can support business goals, workflows, and change management.
• Define business cases and ROI metrics, establish value delivery reviews, and demonstrate measurable customer outcomes.
• Identify expansion opportunities, emerging customer needs, and additional business problems that hirify.global can solve.
• Collaborate with Sales, Deployment, Product, Engineering, and customer stakeholders; deliver training sessions and workshops.

Requirements

• Ability to read, speak, and write in English.
• Familiarity with enterprise software platforms and deployments.
• Significant experience with enterprise account engagement, strategy, and client management, ideally within a large consulting organization.
• Experience developing customer value and ROI frameworks mapped to strategic and business priorities.
• Strong communication, critical thinking, and external stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to explain complex topics clearly, translate customer outcomes into technical solutions, and build trusted relationships.
• Proactive problem-solving ability, with a focus on creative solutions for customer pain points and commercial opportunities.
• Current and unrestricted rights to work in Japan.
• Compliance with information security policies and responsible handling of client and infrastructure data.

Nice to have

• Engineering degree.
• Experience in infrastructure, especially the energy sector.
