Salary: $145,000–$155,000 USD (Zone 1); $137,750–$147,450 USD (Zone 2); or $125,000–$130,000 USD (Canada), plus potential annual performance bonus, equity, and regional benefits.

What you will do

• Build features and improve the architecture of the Databricks platform with an engineering team.
• Develop and extend Databricks products across backend, full-stack, infrastructure, databases, systems, tools, cloud, and customer-facing product teams.
• Own the full software development lifecycle, including design, development, testing, and production operations.
• Build reliable, scalable, and secure software solutions.

Requirements

• Graduate in fall 2026 or spring 2027 with a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related subject.
• Implementation skills in a general-purpose programming language such as Python, Java, or C++.
• Knowledge of algorithms, data structures, and object-oriented programming principles.
• Experience managing end-to-end projects.
