Accounting Transformation - Consultant

What you will do

• Gather information on core areas of the Accounting function.
• Learn and support the end-to-end accounting process within the Accounting Transformation program.
• Prepare meeting materials, update process documentation, and complete project deliverables.
• Provide feedback on design recommendations.
• Contribute accounting knowledge and practical insight to future-state processes, data flows, reporting capabilities, and the operating model.

Requirements

• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Subject matter expertise in Accounting or Accounting systems.
• Ability to plan, prioritize, and self-manage tasks.
• Four-year college degree.
• 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in a similar field and/or industry.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of SAP and/or equivalent ERP systems.
• Banking or financial services experience.
• Postgraduate degree.
