Manager, Logistics Data Analytics

What you will do

• Own Infor Nexus configuration, milestone and tracking setup, in-system reporting, user support, and process changes.
• Prioritize the Infor Nexus and logistics analytics backlog and lead agile ceremonies with IT and the platform vendor.
• Represent the business in discussions about system changes, EDI/ASN integrations, SAP interfaces, and new platform capabilities.
• Oversee Power BI dashboards, semantic models, and analyses for shipment visibility, ETA accuracy, carrier performance, logistics KPIs, and exceptions.
• Partner with data engineers to source and model data from Infor Nexus and other systems in the enterprise data warehouse.
• Lead and develop analysts, direct matrixed IT resources, improve logistics data quality and governance, and translate stakeholder needs into scalable solutions.

Requirements

• Experience in supply chain or logistics analytics, systems, or operations.
• Experience as a key user, administrator, or product owner of a supply chain visibility or logistics platform; Infor Nexus is preferred, while E2open, SAP, Blue Yonder, project44, or similar platforms are considered.
• Experience leading people or teams, including directing matrixed IT or vendor resources.
• Experience working in agile delivery teams, ideally as a product owner, with Power BI or BI development and data engineering collaboration.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Analytics, Supply Chain, or another relevant area.
• Strong Power BI, data modeling, and SQL skills, including experience partnering with data engineers on an enterprise data warehouse.
• Knowledge of shipments, carriers, milestones, ASN/EDI flows, and tracing data issues to their source.
• Ability to manage backlogs, prioritize work, coordinate vendors and IT, explain complex systems clearly, and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Demonstrated analytics capability is valued; a specific number of years of experience is not required if skills can be demonstrated otherwise.

Nice to have

• Agile product owner certification such as PSPO or CSPO.
• Microsoft Certified: Power BI Data Analyst Associate (PL-300) or equivalent BI experience.
