NetSuite Functional Analyst (Finance)

Location: Guadalajara, Jalisco, Mexico; domestic and international travel required, approximately 25%.

IT consulting work focused on Oracle NetSuite ERP design, implementation, consulting, and end-user support.

What you will do

• Discover business processes, understand user needs, identify system gaps, and design process flows.
• Configure NetSuite, propose workarounds, and prepare functional specifications for development.
• Develop use cases and test scripts and conduct unit, integration, regression, and quality assurance testing.
• Coordinate final testing and deployment with business users.
• Document best practices, create training materials, and train users.
• Manage projects and tasks related to assigned activities.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience working with ERP finance and accounting modules.
• IT or business consulting background and experience with IT project management.
• Lead-to-Cash experience and an accounting degree.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Ability to learn new modules and applications quickly.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally, approximately 25% of the time.

Nice to have

• Experience with NetSuite.
• Understanding of software development lifecycle methodologies.
• Multicultural experience working with third-party logistics partners.
