HR Automation Developer (Microsoft Power Platform)

Location: Tlaquepaque, Jalisco, Mexico; onsite, full time; no travel and no relocation

What you will do

• Evaluate HR automation opportunities, business requirements, feasibility, complexity, value, dependencies, risks, and success criteria.
• Facilitate requirements sessions with business owners and consult with citizen developers on simple, scalable, and sustainable solutions.
• Design, develop, integrate, deploy, and support automation solutions using approved enterprise technologies, reusable components, and AI-enabled capabilities where appropriate.
• Develop test cases, perform end-to-end testing, resolve defects, and lead stakeholders through User Acceptance Testing.
• Create technical, process, security, support, user, deployment, and handoff documentation.
• Plan and manage work, timelines, risks, issues, dependencies, change requests, stakeholder communication, demonstrations, training, support, troubleshooting, and continuous improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience developing HR automation solutions independently.
• Effective written and verbal English communication.
• Knowledge of Artificial Intelligence and Generative AI, automation, and Robotic Process Automation.
• Experience with Automation Anywhere and Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Automate, Power Apps, and Power BI.
• Knowledge of APIs, connectors, system integrations, workflow design, and automation development.
• Experience with User Acceptance Testing, root cause analysis, troubleshooting, SQL, and data analysis.
• Knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies, source control and version management using Git or Azure DevOps, project planning and delivery, risk and change management, and security, governance, and compliance standards.
• Strong attention to detail, quality focus, independent and collaborative working ability, adaptability, curiosity, learning agility, proactive problem-solving, sound judgment, stakeholder partnership, communication, innovation, and continuous improvement.
