Senior Financial Analyst / Finance Manager, Central FP&A

What you will do

• Run monthly and quarterly forecasting, annual operating plan, and long-range planning cycles, including timelines, templates, inputs, consolidation, and version control.
• Build and maintain driver-based financial models, scenarios, sensitivity analyses, and planning assumptions.
• Prepare management reporting, variance analysis, commentary, Board materials, and earnings support.
• Analyze business performance, costs, headcount, productivity, risks, opportunities, and outlook for leadership decisions.
• Document, standardize, and automate forecasting and reporting processes; support the Oracle EPM Cloud transition through requirements, testing, data validation, and process design.
• Partner with regional controllers, Accounting, Treasury, Human Resources, Finance Business Partners, senior Finance leaders, and Investor Relations; at Manager level, lead workstreams and coach or review other analysts.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field.
• Senior Financial Analyst: four or more years of progressive experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or a related discipline; Manager: seven or more years, including ownership of a forecast, planning, or reporting process.
• Hands-on experience with forecasting, budgeting, consolidation, and management reporting in a large or complex organization.
• Strong financial modeling skills and advanced proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint.
• Solid understanding of the income statement, balance sheet, cash flow, and how operating drivers flow through to results.
• Ability to turn complex data into clear, concise analysis and commentary for senior audiences.
• Strong attention to detail, sound judgment, commitment to accuracy and confidentiality, and ability to manage multiple deadlines while processes and systems evolve.

Nice to have

• Experience in a mature FP&A organization within a public company.
• Experience preparing Board or earnings materials.
• Experience with Oracle EPM, Hyperion, Power BI, or comparable planning and business intelligence tools, including supporting a system implementation.
• For the Manager level, experience leading workstreams or coaching other analysts.
• CPA, CFA, MBA, or progress toward one.
• Global business perspective and experience in logistics, transportation, or another network-based business.
