Senior Risk Analyst

Location: Remote within the United States; company location in Reynoldsburg, Ohio. Employment is limited to individuals authorized to work in the United States.

Salary: $86,800–$112,000 per year.

What you will do

• Support the Enterprise Risk Management program, including methodologies, risk assessments, risk registers, mitigation tracking, and emerging-risk analysis.
• Prepare executive-level and Board reporting materials, dashboards, scorecards, and risk metrics.
• Coordinate risk governance activities and collaborate with Internal Audit, Compliance, and other assurance functions.
• Facilitate Business Impact Analyses and recommend recovery priorities, dependencies, and resilience improvements.
• Develop, maintain, test, and validate Business Continuity Plans; coordinate tabletop exercises and after-action reviews.
• Use data analytics and AI tools to identify trends, automate recurring reports, and improve reporting efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, risk management, finance, emergency management, or a related field.
• 4–7 years of experience in Risk Management, Internal Audit, Compliance, Consulting, Finance, Business Analytics, or a related analytical role.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint, with the ability to produce leadership-ready deliverables.
• Analytical, problem-solving, strategic-thinking, organization, and prioritization skills, including the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and support risk discussions with business partners.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Proficiency with risk management tools, dashboards, and reporting platforms.
• Ability to use AI tools and technologies to improve productivity, automate routine tasks, enhance decision-making, and support data-driven outcomes.
• Authorization to work in the United States is required.
