Manager, Healthcare Analytics

Location: Fully remote; must be US based and work from a location that complies with company policies such as HIPAA.

What you will do

• Lead and develop a team of analysts using healthcare data to support new product development.
• Partner with Product and stakeholders to define and prioritize product initiatives.
• Collaborate with Data Engineering and Application Development to design and implement data-driven solutions.
• Identify process improvements and operational efficiencies while ensuring analytical accuracy, quality, and integrity.
• Communicate insights and status updates to stakeholders, adapting communication to different technical audiences.
• Manage project tracking tools, including Azure DevOps and Salesforce, and uphold technology standards and best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
• 5+ years of analytics experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Experience with medical claims data.
• Experience working in Python and proficiency in SQL Server.
• Familiarity with business intelligence tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
• Ability to convert complex data into actionable insights and impactful products.
• Curiosity, critical thinking, problem-solving ability, strong organization and time management, and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects independently, work autonomously, and handle incomplete or ambiguous data.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Nice to have

• Pharmacy claims experience.
• Experience with cloud analytics platforms such as Databricks.
