Director, Accelerate (Healthcare Technology)

Location: Rochester, Minnesota, US; remote work is available. Monday–Friday schedule with 20% or more travel potentially required. Visa sponsorship and visa transfer are not available; the position does not participate in the F-1 STEM OPT extension program.

Salary: $163,200–$236,700 per year.

What you will do

• Own the strategy, roadmap, design, governance, and evolution of the Accelerate developer program as a business capability.
• Define developer experiences, tools, services, data and expert-access models covering discovery, development, validation, qualification, commercialization readiness, deployment, and adoption.
• Lead global and regional operating models, ensuring consistent methodology, developer journeys, quality standards, governance, and partner enablement.
• Own end-to-end delivery, operational health, developer outcomes, time-to-value, healthcare impact, revenue, costs, utilization, margins, and portfolio economics.
• Build executive relationships with developer, healthcare, data, and ecosystem partners and support go-to-market planning, renewals, expansion, and regional activation.
• Build and develop a high-performing program organization while aligning product, growth, delivery, technology, regional, and partner teams.

Requirements

• 7–10 years of experience leading and managing complex partnerships across the healthcare ecosystem.
• Experience leading innovation-related methodologies and Agile delivery.
• Ability to assess market opportunities, threats, and trends; identify key customers, market segments, and high-priority targets.
• Strong outcome- and target-based delivery, partnership management, analytical, project management, negotiation, and change management skills.
• Ability to formulate a compelling vision and strategy, translate it into actionable roadmaps and results, and lead executive meetings with strong executive presence.
• Ability to lead, motivate, and develop professional staff in a decentralized environment, with strong team management and leadership skills.
• Effective written and verbal communication, customer service, collaboration, relationship-building, and influencing skills across organizational levels.
• Ability to innovate, solve problems, develop new ideas, lead change, adapt quickly, learn rapidly, and work in a complex, dynamic environment.
• Initiative, strong organizational skills, and the ability to track multiple deliverables with minimal direction.

Nice to have

• MBA or PhD in business, science, or a related field.
• Experience leading health technology developer and accelerator programs, scaling global ecosystem operations, and working with startups and emerging technology companies.
• Understanding of regulatory, validation, and commercialization pathways.
• Fluency in contemporary data science, AI, and technology development practices.
