Senior Global Sales Operations Analyst (Life Sciences)

Location: Hybrid in Alameda, California, United States. General office environment with 0–10% business travel; the role may require moving between buildings and floors, lifting up to 25 pounds, and potential exposure to blood-borne pathogens.

Annual base salary: $115,000–$155,000 USD, plus benefits and equity when applicable.

What you will do

• Develop and share region-specific sales analytics to support revenue acceleration and corporate goals.
• Maintain accurate sales reporting data, support sales dashboards, and coordinate system improvements with IT and sales management.
• Deliver training to improve sales-report adoption among field sales, sales managers, and senior executives.
• Support annual compensation, quota, and commission planning; evaluate promotional activities and recommend improvements.
• Maintain accurate, approved, and documented sales territory alignments and improve global sales data reporting.
• Coordinate cross-functional efforts with Customer Service, Supply Chain, Legal, IT, Contracts & Pricing, and Sales Operations to reduce administrative work and improve business processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 5+ years of experience in finance, accounting, business planning, or analytics, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong financial analysis, problem-solving, and recommendation-development skills.
• Strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• High accuracy and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs, including advanced Excel modeling skills.
• Ability to remain stationary and use computers and standard office equipment for extended periods, read and prepare emails, produce documents and spreadsheets, access office supplies, and communicate accurate information with employees at all levels.
• Ability to comply with the Company’s Quality Management System, applicable domestic and global quality regulations, standards, procedures, security, privacy, and compliance principles.

Nice to have

• Proficiency with Tableau or a similar data visualization tool.
• Experience in the manufacturing or life sciences industries.
