Manager Strategy (Industrial)

Location: USA - TX - Irving - Walnut Hill; onsite five days a week. Relocation is available. Visa sponsorship is not available.

Salary: $147,760.00–$221,640.00 per year.

What you will do

• Develop strategic options and recommendations for critical enterprise strategy and growth topics.
• Lead cross-functional project teams in synthesizing qualitative and quantitative data from internal businesses, third-party sources, and external expert interviews.
• Derive actionable conclusions that maximize business impact and support executive decision-making.
• Manage stakeholders and executive sponsors while influencing hirify.global’s future direction.
• Constructively voice and challenge strategic concerns when necessary.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in business, finance, accounting, economics, or engineering.
• 5–7+ years of total professional experience in corporate strategy, consulting, finance, operations, engineering management, data analytics, research, decision sciences, or related functions.
• Demonstrated excellence in problem solving and analytical, quantitative, and conceptual thinking.
• Knowledge of stakeholder management techniques, including identifying stakeholders, analyzing their needs and expectations, and engaging them through appropriate tasks.
• Knowledge of business concepts, tools, and processes needed to make sound company decisions and apply them to diverse situations.
• Knowledge of effective communication concepts, tools, and techniques, with the ability to accurately transmit, receive, and interpret ideas, information, and needs.
• Knowledge of strategic thinking, organizational acumen, competitiveness, and the ability to focus on key organizational success factors.
• Knowledge of consulting techniques, roles, and responsibilities for providing technical or business guidance to internal and external clients.

Nice to have

• MBA or master’s degree from a top-tier program.
• Ability to leverage AI alongside professional expertise to drive decisions and business results.
• Advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills, plus experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
• Experience leading projects at a recognized strategy consulting firm, investment bank, or corporate strategy group of a high-performing corporation.
• Professional experience in industrials, heavy equipment, automotive, or similar industries.
