Video Education Manager (AI)

Location: Toronto, remote

Salary: $80,000–$90,000 USD per year, depending on experience

What you will do

• Own product education strategy and create product education videos from scripting through shooting and final editing.
• Present on camera as the primary face of hirify.global across YouTube tutorials, product demos, and educational content.
• Scale the YouTube tutorial channel and develop hirify.global University into a learning hub for users.
• Teach new hirify.global features as they launch.
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Design, and Social to produce high-quality content.
• Channel user feedback into the product lifecycle.

Requirements

• On-camera experience with the ability to present confidently and effectively; application must include examples such as a reel, YouTube channel, tutorials, or talks.
• Video editing skills, with the ability to turn raw footage into a polished final video independently.
• Ability to explain complex topics clearly to both first-time and advanced users.
• Fluency in the creator and content world, including understanding how people create and publish content.
• Native English.
• Experience creating content strategies and turning them into growth.
• Technical setup knowledge covering cameras, microphones, lighting, and capture equipment, with the ability to confidently recommend setups.
