Director, FP&A & KPI Reporting – Wealth – IA (Insurtech)

What you will do

• Direct financial functions and maintain internal controls covering assets, capital investments, costs, and liquidity.
• Partner with senior leadership on monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and strategic financial planning.
• Analyze asset ratios, break-even points, profit margins, operating costs, KPIs, and overall financial performance.
• Provide financial insights to Operations, Marketing, HR, and IT on budgets, ROI, and project investments.
• Ensure timely reporting under applicable GAAP, FASB, SEC, regulatory, and compliance requirements and prepare for audits.
• Lead finance teams and oversee hiring, performance management, employee development, policies, procedures, and practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in finance, accounting, or a related discipline.
• Prior leadership or management experience.
• Extensive knowledge of financial principles, reporting standards, and regulatory requirements.
