IGA Operations Engineer (SailPoint)

What you will do

• Design, implement, and maintain identity lifecycle management platforms such as SailPoint.
• Automate user provisioning, deprovisioning, access requests, compliance certifications, and joiner-mover-leaver processes.
• Manage Active Directory and identity services while troubleshooting production issues and maintaining secure access.
• Monitor IGA platform availability, performance, and security.
• Define RBAC models, conduct access certification campaigns, and develop connectors for applications, databases, and directories.
• Create architectural diagrams, design specifications, test cases, and other technical documentation.

Requirements

• Proficiency with IAM tools, including SailPoint; directory services, including Active Directory and Azure AD; and scripting or integration technologies, including PowerShell, BeanShell, and REST APIs.
• Understanding of SAML, OIDC, OAuth2, and regulatory compliance requirements.
• Proven experience with IAM/IGA implementation, DevOps principles, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong collaboration skills for working with security, IT, and business stakeholders.
