Senior Scheduler (Primavera P6)

Location: New York, United States; onsite at 32 Old Slip

Salary: $130,000–$170,000 annually

What you will do

• Participate in logistical, delivery, and workforce planning with project personnel.
• Develop and maintain CPM schedules using Primavera P6.
• Review contractor-prepared baseline, update, and recovery schedules.
• Attend project progress and schedule meetings and accurately track contractor progress.
• Maintain coordination with clients and other consultants throughout all project stages.
• Identify improvements to scheduling procedures, templates, and products and refer recommendations to the appropriate line manager.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of construction project scheduling experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience, with the majority of experience in transportation.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs.
• Client-focused approach and commitment to providing effective solutions.

Nice to have

• Understanding of construction scheduling processes.
• Familiarity with and knowledge of Primavera P6.
• PMI or AACEI certification.
