Location: Hybrid in Richmond, New York, Lansdale, Boston, Washington, Raleigh, Charleston, or Atlanta, United States

Salary: $84,000–$112,000 per year, depending on experience, skills, and education

What you will do

• Build project schedules covering the full project scope, milestones, and timelines using critical path methodology.
• Define responsibility and ownership for project outcomes through Work Breakdown Structure methodology.
• Align schedules with project execution plans, contracting, procurement, and project control strategies.
• Establish schedule baselines, manage periodic updates, and maintain fully integrated schedules for review at multiple levels of detail.
• Negotiate and mediate timelines and project interdependencies between key partners.
• Provide schedule progress updates and review external schedules against scheduling best practices.

Requirements

• Planning and scheduling experience.
• Experience with quantitative risk assessment and the ability to interpret and communicate findings to key partners.
• Working experience using Primavera P6 planning software to build schedules.
• A degree or comparable experience in project management or construction.
• Detail-oriented and quality-focused approach.
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment and manage priorities and deadlines.
