Senior Account Manager (Digital Marketing)

Location: Remote; must be based on the South Wales/Bristol patch, United Kingdom.

Salary: £40,000 base per year, plus £22,000 OTE and a car allowance of £5,200 or £6,200 depending on the car.

What you will do

• Manage a portfolio of clients with annualised spend ranging from £5,000 to £12,000 and overall account values of approximately £1 million annually.
• Retain, nurture, and grow customer accounts against quarterly targets.
• Source and acquire high-value new business opportunities within the market.
• Develop advertising programmes and commercial models using PPC, SEO, Agency Social, websites, video, reputation management, and other digital solutions.
• Build long-term customer relationships and identify solutions that meet client requirements and agency minimum spend thresholds.
• Collaborate with DADs, KADs, customer service, and the wider agency.

Requirements

• Full UK driving licence with no more than six points and access to a car.
• Demonstrable experience selling high-value digital solutions.
• A highly successful track record of digital sales performance.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing campaigns and technology, with a strategic approach.
• Resilience, discipline, tenacity, and a client-focused approach.
• Ability to maintain a personal development plan and adapt to the digital market and competitor activity.
• Excellent communication skills, including the ability to explain complex digital information clearly and concisely.
• Emotionally intelligent, respectful, professional, and collaborative approach to colleagues and support functions.
