Clinical Data Science Lead (Clinical Data Management)

Location: Remote or hybrid in Mexico or Colombia; approximately 15% domestic and/or international travel.

What you will do

• Lead and oversee clinical data science activities throughout study lifecycles, including data review and delivery milestones.
• Coordinate timelines, deliverables, resources, and budgets with project leads, clients, vendors, departments, and external customers.
• Perform analytic review focused on errors that may affect subject safety or interpretation of final analyses.
• Develop planning documents for data review, analytics, and data deliverables, and contribute to clinical system development and risk management.
• Monitor issues affecting project dates, scope, or budget; communicate updates and escalate potential problems.
• Participate in sponsor and third-party audits and collaborate with cross-functional and global groups.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of clinical data management experience in a clinical research organization or pharmaceutical company.
• Experience leading multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience across all steps of the data science lifecycle and most major data science study tasks.
• Proficiency in at least one clinical data management system, such as Medidata Rave, Inform, Oracle Clinical, or Veeva.
• Excellent communication and timeline management skills.
• Data analytics and data validation experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or local equivalent.
