Senior Marketing Analytics Engineer (AI)

What you will do

• Build and maintain the marketing data layer, including pipelines that transform raw marketing sources into dimensional models using Medallion architecture.
• Develop clean, report-ready tables and maintain BI data models using LookML and/or dbt, enriched with metadata and structured business context for AI agents.
• Build reusable AI skills, tools, and workflows that enable natural-language interaction with governed data.
• Run structured AI quality-assurance tests, validate agent output, identify regressions, and maintain quality standards as models and data evolve.
• Support predictive marketing analysis and attribution models measuring funnel metrics, channel performance, and campaign contribution.
• Ensure data reliability, governance, documentation, monitoring, validation, responsible AI practices, and version control in GitHub while collaborating with Martech, Global Analytics, Product Development, and Sales Operations.

Requirements

• Solid experience in analytics engineering, data engineering, business intelligence, or a closely adjacent technical role.
• In-depth knowledge of Python and SQL, including the ability to write clean, production-grade data pipelines.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs and agentic workflows.
• Knowledge of modern data architecture, data warehousing, ETL/ELT workflows, orchestration tools such as dbt or Airflow, and dimensional modeling.
• Hands-on experience with semantic-layer tools; Looker/LookML is strongly preferred, with Tableau, PowerBI, or similar also applicable.
• Fluent English for collaboration within a globally distributed team.
• Clear communication and the ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience designing AI agent context, including glossaries and structured behavioral rules.
• Marketing analytics knowledge covering funnels, attribution, CRM, or growth.
