Location: Newbury, United Kingdom; hybrid working with office attendance 2–3 days per week and at least 8 days per month.

What you will do

• Lead analysis of cost performance across A&R, Opex, Intercompany, Capex and Depreciation, identifying trends, variances and performance drivers.
• Create executive-level reports, dashboards and presentations that translate complex financial information into practical recommendations.
• Partner with Finance, Commercial and Operational leaders, constructively challenging assumptions and influencing decisions.
• Support strategic initiatives through financial advice, scenario planning, sensitivity analysis and long-term modelling.
• Develop meaningful KPIs, identify risks and opportunities, and strengthen financial governance through internal controls and IFRS requirements.
• Lead, support and coach a team of finance professionals in an inclusive environment.

Requirements

• CIMA, ACCA or ACA qualification, with strong financial knowledge, commercial awareness and understanding of business performance.
• Experience partnering with senior stakeholders, including director-level colleagues, and influencing outcomes.
• Experience in financial modelling, forecasting, budgeting and data analysis, with the ability to turn financial information into meaningful insights.
• Strategic thinking, curiosity and a practical approach to solving complex challenges.
• Clear communication skills and the ability to engage finance and non-finance audiences.
• Collaborative approach, openness to different perspectives, and confidence providing constructive challenge and recommendations.
• Growth mindset and willingness to learn, explore new possibilities and contribute to continuous improvement.
