Commercial Financial Controller (Bath & Wellness Division)

Location: Paris, France; scope covers France, Belgium, the Netherlands, and Luxembourg.

What you will do

• Analyze month-end revenue and margins by country, sector, customer, product, and distribution channel.
• Track intra-month performance, identify risks and opportunities, and explain budget and forecast variances related to price, volume, and product mix.
• Lead the preparation of commercial budgets and forecasts with relevant teams.
• Support sales teams with pricing decisions and growth opportunity assessments.
• Implement KPIs using Salesforce CRM data to develop the specification/project business.
• Contribute to monthly closings, ensure commercial financial data reliability, create dashboards, present results and action plans, improve reporting and controlling processes, and develop AI solutions for reporting.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Economics and Management, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in commercial controlling, preferably in an international environment.
• Proficiency in SAP, including the FI/CO modules.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Excellent analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to present complex financial information clearly and concisely to diverse audiences.
• Fluent English, written and spoken.
• Accuracy, attention to detail, a proactive and results-oriented mindset, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Nice to have

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA.
