What you will do

• Prepare financial models, company analyses, valuations, and other financial analyses for M&A transactions.
• Prepare marketing materials for sell-side and buy-side advisory assignments and ensure their accuracy and quality.
• Identify potential acquirers and conduct industry and company-specific research.
• Support due diligence and firm marketing activities related to industries or engagements.
• Interpret financial analysis, ask questions, draw conclusions, and act as the analytical anchor for the deal team.
• Interact with clients regularly and attend client meetings throughout transactions from start to finish.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of prior experience as an Associate in the M&A field.
• An exceptional, well-rounded academic background, ideally with a Master’s degree in a business-related subject.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and willingness to develop and learn.
• Understanding of business models and sectors, corporate strategy, and themes related to company growth and development.
• Proactive, self-motivated approach with a commitment to personal growth and professional and academic excellence.
• Adaptability, dependability, and ability to manage a dynamic workload.
• Clear and engaging verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to connect quickly with clients, management teams, and colleagues.
• Collaborative style, personally engaging manner, and international experience and perspectives.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
