TL;DR
Financial Planning & Analysis - Intern m/f/d (Finance): Supporting monthly closing, P&L follow-up, financial modeling, budgeting, and reforecasting for Deezer’s finance operations and central costs with an accent on revenue, royalties, expense calculations, and business-plan analysis. Focus on analyzing performance, assessing new business opportunities, and updating forecasts and financial models.

Location: Paris, France; position based in Paris is mandatory. Hybrid remote work policy.

What you will do

  • Assist the Senior Financial Analyst with month-end financial reports, including P&L, accruals, and KPIs.
  • Prepare data inputs for revenue, royalties, and expense calculations and provide ad hoc financial analysis.
  • Ensure correct analytical splits, follow P&L performance, and analyze budget and growth variations.
  • Analyze new business opportunities and update business plans with monthly financial analysis.
  • Support the yearly forecasting process and budget/reforecast activities.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a Master’s program, ideally specialized in Finance.
  • Fluent French.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in both French and English.
  • Strong Excel skills.
  • Analytical skills and a problem-solving mindset.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Six-month internship starting in January 2027.
