Architect (Revit / BIM)

Location: Remote within Poland, Serbia, or Georgia

Architecture firm specializing in urban renewal, including demolish-and-rebuild residential programs and seismic reinforcement and renewal projects, with active partnerships with property developers. hirify.global provides staffing services for the remote team.

What you will do

• Build Revit models from scratch and continue developing existing projects.
• Convert AutoCAD drawings into clean, well-structured Revit models.
• Produce permit-stage floor plans, sections, and elevations for Israeli municipalities under guidance from the in-house architect.
• Maintain accurate Revit models and documentation for use by structural, MEP, and other consultants.
• Coordinate BIM across disciplines by checking infrastructure and systems, identifying clashes, and ensuring that all components fit together.
• Work on cloud-based BIM projects shared with consultants and on local offline Revit projects while managing quality, deadlines, and communication.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture.
• At least 5 years of professional experience as an architect.
• Expert-level Revit skills.
• Strong AutoCAD skills, including transferring AutoCAD drawings into Revit.
• Hands-on experience with BIM coordination and BIM cloud environments such as BIM 360 or Autodesk Construction Cloud.
• Proven experience producing permit or authority-submission drawings.
• Good knowledge of construction methods, materials, and coordination between disciplines.
• Fluent professional English, written and spoken.
• Ability to work independently, manage several projects, and meet deadlines.
• Prepare a CV, portfolio, and Revit drawing samples including floor plans and sections before applying.

Nice to have

• Experience with residential, urban renewal, or mixed-use projects.
• Experience working with several Revit versions.
• Comfort using AI tools in the workflow, such as translating Hebrew text in plans; Hebrew is not required.
• Experience with rendering and visualization tools including Enscape, Lumion, Twinmotion, or V-Ray, and with Adobe Creative Suite.
• Familiarity with Navisworks, Dynamo, or similar BIM automation tools.
