.NET Applications Developer

Location: Cluj-Napoca, Romania; hybrid work with at least three days per week in the office.

What you will do

• Develop, maintain, and enhance applications for the Affinity platform.
• Design, develop, and maintain high-performance, secure web applications and RESTful APIs.
• Contribute to technical design and architecture using MVC, WebForm, and Clean Architecture.
• Provide production support, resolve minor incidents, perform routine maintenance, and participate in on-call availability for exceptional implementations and service disruptions.
• Collaborate with functional, product, design, infrastructure, engineering, operations, and other IT teams to ensure reliable, high-quality deliverables.
• Prepare technical and application documentation, manage version control with Git, and propose improvements through technology evaluation.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of .NET development experience with production support exposure, including strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Proficiency in C#, .NET Framework, .NET Core, JavaScript, jQuery, and SQL.
• Experience with front-end development using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, and with RESTful API development.
• Knowledge of React or Angular and familiarity with modern front-end frameworks.
• Knowledge of MVC, WebForm, and Clean Architecture.
• Experience with Git and GitHub for version management and collaboration.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, fluent English, and the ability to work with cross-functional teams.
• BS degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proactive, autonomous, resilient under pressure, and adaptable in a diverse technical environment.

Nice to have

• French at B2 level.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Experience with Jira and Azure Development tools.
• Functional understanding of Affinity Management activities in France and related applications.
